Mapping
Form configurations can be mapped to a PDF template, meaning that once the data is captured via our user friendly forms app, it will automatically populated back into the client approved templates.

The forms app is available on both Android and iOS to allow for data capture in the field on mobile devices and tablets. There is also a web based platform to access the data back in the office.

Case Study - Alstom Riyadh Metro Linear Inspection Software (LIS) for Rail and Fastening Systems.
Alstom approached Enable My Team to assist with the digitisation of rail inspection data for the Riyadh Metro Maintenance Project. Previously, hand-written forms were completed during the inspection of every fastening and turnout along kilometres of track, and this data was then manually added into their Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). EMT Forms is a tablet-based solution which offers an intuitive interface to directly capture the data during each inspection, and to automatically upload this data into a centralised database in the cloud. This data can be used to generate reports for trend analysis, providing valuable insights and helping guide preventative maintenance.
